Barn wellness packages:   Facilities that enroll 08 or more horses on our vaccination and deworming program receive a 20% discount on their total bill including services and drugs and will incur no visiting service fee. The vaccination program is discussed with the person responsible for facility and owners so that a custom-tailored plan can be designed and deworming schedule typically follows a rotation program every 6 to 8 weeks. During visit days other services can be requested by prior scheduling with the office and will have the benefit of no visit service fee, however additional services will be charged in full separately. Northwest Equine Veterinary Associates and their veterinarians take charge of record keeping for all horses on the package, ensuring all horses receive their necessary immunizations and appropriate dewormers and assists the barn in maintaining good management and biosafety practices. In addition, with every 6 week veterinarian visits your horse’s health will be more closely monitored and taken care of, as well as the health of the other horses that comes into contact with your horse. If during the program any particular horse has problems or seems to need additional care or attention outside of the package the veterinarians will discuss this directly with the owners. This is an excellent program for busy equestrian facilities that aspire to maintain all horses on a superior and consistent health management program with high quality record keeping at a reasonable cost. NEW!!! Deworming Bundles: this is a super easy way to keep your horse (s) on a great deworming program. We sell a year supply of dewormer pastes to be administered every 8 weeks, together with a calendar and instructions. You just need to follow the rotation calendar included!    We offer 2 different bundles for adult horses (one includes the Panacur PowerPac and the other has Quest Plus instead). A third bundle is offered for foals  with less than 1 year of age. Please see Deworming bundle charts for further details and pricing. 

Refer a Friend Promotion!                                                                                       If a NW Equine client refers a friend who actually also becomes a NW Equine client themselves the referring client will receive a 10% discount off their next horse's dental work OR if they prefer a tube of dewormer of their choice (Equimax, Panacur or Strongid).
In addition, the newly referred friend receives the promotion for the First Time Client described below! When your friend calls in to schedule an appointment please ask them to mention your name and then you will receive in the mail a letter confirming the referral and asking for you to chose which promotion option you prefer! First Time Client Promotion!
First time NW Equine clients are very appreciated and welcome! To express our appreciation we are offering a completely free physical exam of one of your horses (with discussion of findings and all treatment and management options) AND a tube of dewormer of your choice (Equimax, Panacur or Strongid) to get your horse's management program started on the right hoof! This offer is only valid for non-emergency appointments that include additional services such as vaccinations, dental work, lameness exams, etc...  Make sure to mention if a NW Equine friend referred you so they can also be rewarded! In clinic (in house) consultations:   Any consultation that is performed in house typically saves our clients on their final bill. First of all you save on our visiting service fees and additionally we are now offering a 10% discount over your entire bill! This includes services, diagnostics (X-rays, ultrasound, etc…) and drugs. Also, it can be quite convenient for some folks as you can drop off your horse on your way to work and pick him or her up on your way back if you do not wish or cannot stay to watch services be performed. Please ask our office personnel if your horse can be fitted in for an in-clinic consultation!

Breeding Packages for Mares and Stallions: Northwest Equine offers in clinic breeding packages for artificial insemination of mares with fresh and frozen semen. Stallion fertility evaluations and semen processing for shipping is also offered. Please see of Breeding package fees for detailed informaiton.

The Pfizer’s PreventiCare Colic Assistance Plan™:   Northwest Equine Veterinary Associates has been participating in this program for several years with great success. Owners that wish to enroll their horse (s) in this program must have them meet the health requirements described below and then maintain them on the daily dewormer Strongid C2X through out the program. In return, in the event an enrolled and program-compliant horse requires colic surgery Pfizer will reimburse up to $5000 of the cost for patient surgical care. To be part of the program there are 6 basic health care requirements to be performed by our veterinarians:

• Annual physical exam
• Annual dental exam/care
• Appropriate immunizations
• Daily use of Strongid C2X purchased from Northwest Equine Veterinary Associates
• Twice yearly Quest or Quest Plus administered by our veterinarians
• Nutritional counseling

      There are three disqualifications to enrollment in PreventiCare:

• Any horse that has had colic surgery
• Any horse that has experienced colic in the last 12 months or has a history of chronic colic
• Any horse under five months, or not fully weaned, or any horse over 20 years of age

CareCredit® No interest payment plans:   The services offered at Northwest Equine Veterinary Associates are of the highest quality and standards in veterinary medicine and we make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable. An estimate of our services can easily be obtained by contacting our office or directly from our doctors and we encourage our clients to discuss charges prior to services. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, counter check/money order, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, American Express and CareCredit®.

   CareCredit® is a convenient, low minimum payment program with no or very low interest rates to help you with your pet’s healthcare expenses and product needs.
